A ticket is required for admission.  Advance purchase of tickets is strongly encouraged and is essential to guarantee seating of groups.  Tickets for any remaining/unreserved seating will be sold at the door.

The price is $30 per person and includes all food and non-alcoholic beverages [coffee, tea, water, soft drinks]. Fine wines, mixed drinks and beers will all be available at a cash bar. There will be a $5 surcharge for tickets purchased the day of the event.

Food will be served 'buffet-style' with sponsoring restaurants arranged in 'stations' on the perimeter of the rooms, with dining tables towards the center of the rooms.  There will be different foods, as well as more dining tables in adjoining rooms, so move about and check it out.  Portions, sizes and quantities are determined by the sponsoring restaurants and there is always a crowd favorite or two that runs out first, so come early ... and stay late.
